Welcome to the 42nd Old Timers Days Festival!

This year’s festival planning is underway; the OTD committee is now beginning our 42nd year of our festival. We will have a full line up of entertainment on the Main Stage, 5/3rd Bank and OK Auto Parts parking lots.  We are hoping to expand on our Karaoke Show; it was amazing to see local youth highlight their talent on stage for family, friends and neighbors.  Music is provided throughout the festival, as well as, other forms of entertainment.  Some acts from 2009 included Grace Fellowship Praise Band, Steve Free, David James and the Gang, Rick Henderson and the Shotgun Band, Shane Hultz Band, Steve Parks and Longshot, and the Bluegrass Ramblers.

Saturday is packed with entertainment and pageants beginning with the Baby & Toddler Shows, and the Pre-Teen and Junior Miss Pageants. These require pre-registration generally due a week before the pageant. Other activities include a tractor pull, a variety of Adams County cloggers and Open Mike for anyone who would like to sing or perform in-between acts.  You will need to see our soundman for the schedule.  Sunday the community gathers for church services on the main stage with Pastor Bill Ryan. Activities get in full swing again. The annual car show is at O.K. Auto Parts. The grand parade and Old Timer's raffle drawings then close out our festival for the year.

Meet the folks who work hard months before to make the festival possible, it takes a community, one person cannot do it alone.  Feel free to call an event chairperson for information you might need that isn't posted on the website.  Also, contact one of us, if you would like to assist with an event.  We always welcome help and you do not have to be a Lion to contribute.

The Peebles Lions Club sponsors the festival annually to support our community

Peebles Lions Club has sponsored the OTD Festival for many years with one goal in mind.  To help our community.  This is our 42nd year and in 2009 we helped the community with medical bills, trips to the doctor for handicapped children, coats for schoolchildren, as well as, adults, eyesight programs, collecting glasses for those who cannot afford them, and for many more charitable needs.  Many unemployed families are in need of help with food, shelter, and clothing.  Our outreach program is here to help others in need.

Mission Statement: To create and foster a spirit of understanding among all people for humanitarian needs by providing voluntary services through community involvement and international cooperation.

Lions motto: "We Serve."

Lions club members meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month, except for July and August.  We meet at 7 p.m. at the Peebles Methodist Church.
