| Queen Contestant Interviews Judges meet the contestants prior to stage introduction. Contestants must live in Peebles district or attend a school with Peebles as their home school. Queen and her court will meet back here after the pageant for a quick meeting with Cynthia Rader and discussion of festival duty sheet. Questions? | 6:00 p.m. | 3rd Annual Art & Photography Contest- all entries in place by opening ceremony. For amateurs only. Winners will be posted in photography room on Saturday. The time will be announced. Rules posted on this site. Chairperson: Marie Palmer Sponsor: Alysia Palmer Photography All judges decisions are final.
Cutie Pie & Cutie Pet Contest- bring registered entries in before opening ceremony. Winners will be posted on Saturday, time to be announced before festival. Rules posted on this site. Chairpersons: Marie Palmer & Richard LaValley. Participant with the most money votes is the winner in each category and will be crowned on Saturday evening on stage. Winners may ride in the parade. Votes are counted twice, if the outcome is the same then the decision is final and goes to the Cuties with the most monetary votes.. Remember: All decisions are final. No refunds, all proceeds go to the Peebles Lions Club charities. |
